Sr. IBM BPM / IBM BAW Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. IBM BPM / IBM BAW Consultant  to analyze, plan, and perform a migration from IBM BPM to IBM BAW v.22.0

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Perform migration planning and analysis
  • Install target BAW Workflow Center
  • Migrate Non-Prod BPM runtime environment to BAW
  • Support selective testing on the target BAW environment
  • Perform update test on the Production DB clone

Job Must Haves

  • Strong experience with migrations of IBM BPM Advanced v8.5.6 non-prod runtime Process server to IBM BAW v.22.0 which includes development authoring/playback Workflow Center environment and some or all the following tasks: 
  • Review system resources (operating system, database levels, software) and prerequisites.
  • Assuming no external CPE engine installation included in scope.
  • Install up to two (2) Workflow Center nodes.
  • Install latest BAW cumulative fix.
  • Install and configure Workflow Center development server, up to two (2) nodes.
  • Integrate users and groups to your existing LDAP, e.g., Active Directory compatible environment.
  • Apply default environment tunings.
  • Verify that environment operates properly with no apparent error.
  • Assist the customer with capturing configuration details covering directories, URLs and Ports defined for the installation.
  • Experience testing target BAW runtime environments and capturing configuration and documentation of any migration-related issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active TS/SCI/FSP clearance
