Cyberspace Operations Capability Engineer
Our client seeking an experienced Cyberspace Operations Capability Engineer with a positive attitude and a willingness to take the initiative. The ideal candidate will support the daily technical activities of the cyber branch of a national government agency. You will be working with a fast-paced, dynamic team to assist in the development of cyberspace warfare and cyberspace capabilities.

Job Key Responsibilities
Contribute in the areas of systems requirements definition, specification and development; architecture development and technical feasibility analysis activities.
Support operational concept development to which you will map capability development efforts.
Prepare materials and contents for engagement with nations and industry
Participate in the communication of cyber-related strategic messages to stakeholder communities
Actively contribute to the translation of cyberspace operations operational requirement into derived, traceable capability requirements.
Contribute to the development of capability architectures, including operational, system, technical, information and management views.
Create capability definitions that fulfil the specification, including analysis of alternatives
support the development of cost models, including capital investment and O&M components, supported by the necessary life-cycle support plans, to be developed as well.
Support the capability development process throughout its life-cycle, with special attention to the submission, approval phases, development, transition to in-service, retirement.
Capability specification, architectures, technical analysis, feasibility analysis, cost (investment and O&M) analysis and plans, and additionally required supporting information.
Capability life cycle support products, including implementation reports, cost reports, risk assessment reports and products of similar nature.
Analysis reports, white papers, point papers, briefs and additional documentation, as required for the main outlined tasks.
